Redesign and manage existing website of IIM-B keeping in mind the heritage and brand value of the institution and create a new App for the institution for existing students and alumni
EXECUTION
We approached Agile methodology for the implementation of the project. Whole team held numerous sessions with IIM-B team for requirements gathering and divided into entire backlogs along with user story creation. Team participated in various sprint planning sessions and prioritized the user stories into various development sprints. A team of 5 developers developed all user stories as per the sprint plan within a span of 10 weeks where the team re-developed 14000 pages of existing website. We took the site live at the end of 4th sprint after successful UAT and stress testing. Entire website and app was taken live after the end of 6th sprint.
RESULTS
SEO ranking improved from page 8 to page 2. User visits increased from 10000 per day to 17000 per day.
